Healthy Egg Salad

These healthy egg salad sliders are packed with protein. Made with fat-free Greek yogurt and seasoned with fresh dill and spinach, they are perfect for backyard snacking on hot summer days. Total preparation time is only 10 minutes! { Serves 12 }


  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
  • 1½ Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup fresh spinach, thinly sliced
  • 12 whole-wheat slider buns
  • 12 grape or cherry tomatoes


  1. Combine eggs, shallots, green onions, dill, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in fat-free yogurt and spinach until fully blended.
  2. Spoon onto slider buns and garnish with grape or cherry tomatoes.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
